Pleased With The Precautions...With Regards To COVID-19
I have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years (pre Quality Hotel ownership) and the staff have always been second to none. Trudy, Susan, Valerie on the desk, and Sonya, Desiree and Lorraine in Bella’s – all wonderful people who always make us feel welcome. This year I was happy to see Joyce Sparkes’ picture in a few places – she was a friend of my mother and it was lovely to see the family connection in the hotel. Well done Sparkes family! I was also pleased with the precautions the hotel has taken with regards to COVID-19.

“Your staff are the reason why we stay at the Comfort Inn Airport in St. John’s. They are exceptional. From the Front Desk staff to the people who clean the rooms and look after us. We can’t find the same service anywhere else. And we have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years. Be proud of your staff. They are terrific. The staff at the restaurant are wonderful. Can’t do enough for you. Next time we are in the city we will be staying at the Comfort Inn.”

Treated Me Like Family
Delighted with improvements since change to Quality brand. I stayed regularly at Choice hotels owned by the Sparkes family in St. John’s and Gander during 15 years on the road working for Krown Rust Control. They always treated me like family … Susan and staff at Quality Inn Clarenville are maintaining that fine tradition.

From the minute we walked in, this place just oozed friendliness and welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for the desk staff and the manager…Breakfast was excellent…the hot choice changed daily and the ladies in there were just as friendly and welcoming as all the other staff.
